Termico staff and installation team were most helpful and courteous as the old system was no longer operational. The team arrived on time and in spite of the inclement weather removed the old panels and installed the new larger system all in one day. I have been impressed as to how sensitive the new system is in responding to lack of sun. The final icing on the cake was Jade setting up the ability for me to monitor the inverter readings on my phone.

Your company, Termico Solar Installation, installed our original solar panels about the 23/04/2012. So impressed were we at the time, with your service and over the years, we did write a complementary letter singling out one lady’s efficiency. Unfortunately I’ve lost her name. Recently when we received a quote to upgrade our system, we were advised by Stephen Roe, that she stilled worked for your company, climbing up your ladder. We were so impressed by Stephen’s honesty we decided straight away to go with your company again. Because the four young men who installed our new unit on Wed, 02/08/2023, were the best tradesmen we have ever had do work in our homes over our entire life. They were all efficient and worked as a team. Their behavior and manners were just so pleasant to be around. Their “boss” was so good we didn’t identify him as the team leader, until the days end. His management skills were so good. He led from within. I am and would be quick to complain if needed but then feel you should praise when people are extraordinary. My wife and I complain about young people when they appear slack or their language leaves a fair bit to be decided. This could not be said about any of your staff that we have had contact with over these ten years. I have already advised my brother and three of my neighbours, who have already approached me, and will send copies of this to them.
